By using any Dojo Exam mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Educational Purpose

The App provides exam preparation content and study tools. It does not guarantee certification results, employment outcomes, or official exam performance.

3. Accounts and Sync

Sign-in may be required for access, cloud backup, subscriptions, or cross-device sync. You are responsible for maintaining access to the account used with the App.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Premium access is managed through the store where you purchased it. Subscription cancellation, refunds, and billing management are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their policies.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not copy, resell, redistribute, scrape, or bulk export App content.
• Do not bypass subscriptions, app integrity checks, or access controls.
• Do not use the App in a way that disrupts services or other users.

6. Intellectual Property

All App content, design, code, and study materials are owned by their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

8. Changes and Availability

We may update content, features, prices, and these terms over time. We may also suspend or discontinue features when needed for operational, legal, or security reasons.
